Requirements - Suspension in Mining

 

In order to separate out liquid from solid matter, we make up flocculant locally with metering systems for polymers. The powder needed is fed to our metering systems Ultromat® via the Tomal® big bag emptying unit (with special discharge instruments and a multi-screw feeder). Free of dust, no sudden stops and always in the correct volume. The ProMinent measuring and control technology DULCOMETER® also ensures the right pH. Communication takes the form of PROFIBUS® DP, Modbus RTU, OPC OPC stands for Openness, Productivity, Collaboration (formerly OLE for Process Control) ... more in the glossary and web servers via LAN/WLAN and analogue or digital sensors and actuators.
