DULCODOS Compact F&B – metering made easy

The DULCODOS Compact F&B metering system from ProMinent GmbH is designed for precise chemical metering. It has a modular design and can be used flexibly in a wide variety of applications. The stainless steel version is ready to connect and can therefore be used immediately in the beverage and food industry.
Ready-to-connect system for the beverage industry
With the DULCODOS Compact, the Heidelberg-based specialists for water treatment and metering technology offer a time- and cost-saving system for flexible solutions in the performance range from 0.01 to 410 litres of metering volume per hour. The system enables the controlled discharge of overflowing liquid, which is collected in a so-called overflow vessel.
The system's wide range of pipe materials and seals allows customers to meter various media, including concentrated acids and highly oxidative flow media.
Well thought-out concept
Its compact design, small footprint of 615 x 700 mm, and optional stainless steel frame make the metering system ideal for the food and beverage industry. Each module acts as a self-contained system, and several modules can be easily connected in series, thus ensuring individual integrity in automated industrial processes. It is also prepared for flexible connections for the suction side either at the front or on the side.
New system for direct food contact
The new DULCODOS Compact ‘Food & Beverage’ metering system is specifically designed for direct food contact, including metering liquid flavors, food ingredients, vitamins, sugar, and preparing product water for beer and soft drink production. The design and materials used all comply with European Food Regulation 1935/2004 (EC). The metering system is CIP-compatible (Cleaning in Place) and meets the high hygiene standards of the beverage and food industry.
A notable technological advancement of the system is the infrared welding technology used in its manufacture, replacing conventional glued PVC-U (polyvinyl chloride) connections. This innovation not only prevents adhesives from potentially contaminating food, but also ensures smoother surfaces, precise weld seams, and improved tightness.
